This week is “whole grain week,” and for seven days, I’m eating whole grains instead of refined carbohydrates. Traci was quick to say that refined carbohydrates are not bad, but whole grains are healthier and she wants me to incorporate more into my eating.
I found two great side dish recipes that I’m going to try today. (I’ll share later today.) But there was a third I was unsure about, one with couscous, which it turns out, isn’t a whole grain.
