Right before my aneursym, which has sidelined me for two months now, I was working on a new weight loss goal.
Due to the obvious, I haven’t been actively working toward the goal. I haven’t logged any meals into MyFitnessPal, haven’t met a step goal and haven’t stepped foot inside a gym. And that is okay. My goal now is to complete rehab and return to “normal” as soon as possible.
Today, I’m going through two months of emails and found this jewel: When Goals Are Forgotten: Four Steps for Getting Back on Track. Good stuff we can all use, no matter what the reason for being sidelined.
