What NOT to Say to Your Trainer

Trainer: How did you feel after your last workout?


Me: Good. Barely even sore.

Result: New and harder stuff. Increased weights and reps on nearly everything PLUS my push ups got harder.

Looking forward to a hot bath with some strong salts this evening in hopes that I won’t be too sore tomorrow.

Another sign of progress: my face wasn’t nearly as red at the end of my workout today. But I think I sweated twice as much. (Ugh, so unfeminine!)
