What I Ate for Lunch Today

Isn’t that a beautiful lunch? Certainly not something you’ve ever seen at MY place setting before! I went to Miyo’s for lunch and ordered off the “make your own combination” menu. It’s brown rice, broccoli, mushrooms, tofu and shrimp. Black bean sauce on the side. I ate 1/2 a cup of rice – lots left over – about half of the tofu, most of the broccoli and about 3/4 of the shrimp. I boxed up leftovers for tomorrow’s snack. So glad to know that the broccoli event last week wasn’t a fluke! This felt like a real milestone!
