Wednesday with Traci (On Thursday)

I had a great session with Traci yesterday. I had some really good food logs to show her, and she was as excited about them as I was.

My goals for the coming week:

  • Continue not having nuts as a snack. (Does that make sense? LOL!)
  • Get at least one more kind of food in the freezer.
  • Eat at least 1/2 cup of beans a day.
  • Have fun!
