Wednesday with Traci (On Saturday!)

Tardy with this week’s goals!

  • Try a new grains recipe.
  • Continue to limit nuts in favor of veggie and bean snacks. (Nuts healthy, but I need to expand my snack horizons.)
  • Continue to move safely. (That means to keep an eye on my heel/hips and limit myself to safe activities until they heal, not go all cowboy on the elliptical!)
  • Have fun.

I THINK there was one more,  but can’t find my notes.
