Tardy with this week’s goals!
- Try a new grains recipe.
- Continue to limit nuts in favor of veggie and bean snacks. (Nuts healthy, but I need to expand my snack horizons.)
- Continue to move safely. (That means to keep an eye on my heel/hips and limit myself to safe activities until they heal, not go all cowboy on the elliptical!)
- Have fun.
