Wednesday with Traci

I thought I’d shock everyone by actually blogging about my appointment with Traci on the same day I actually had it!

I got props on having more variety and increasing veggies.

Goals for this week:

  • Ice my heel every day
  • Roast some veggies
  • Try a new recipe (Traci gave me a new soup recipe to try)
  • Stretch every day

And my personal goal is to get the kitchen table cleaned off and have at least one meal there instead of in front of the TV.
