I thought I’d shock everyone by actually blogging about my appointment with Traci on the same day I actually had it!
I got props on having more variety and increasing veggies.
Goals for this week:
- Ice my heel every day
- Roast some veggies
- Try a new recipe (Traci gave me a new soup recipe to try)
- Stretch every day
And my personal goal is to get the kitchen table cleaned off and have at least one meal there instead of in front of the TV.
