I weighed this morning, and I came in at 140 on the dot — 88.8 lbs. lighter from September 2010. Best yet, I typed that into the log I’m keeping, and my BMI came up “normal.” That’s from a BMI high of “obese class II” from September 2010.
That being said, I’m still still going to work toward getting under 140 by next Wednesday, March 7 — my last session with my nutrition counselor, Traci. I’m moving forward with the guidelines she laid out, and I’m not going to weigh again until next Wednesday a.m.
By and large, I’m doing ok. The sleep rule has been the hardest, but I’ve hit at least six hours every night.
