I love starting Tuesday morning with the nutritionist, especially when I’ve had a great week!
Today I got props for trying kale and quinoa, as well as my progress in the last six weeks. Traci was impressed that I’d lost 15 lbs. and said not to take that lightly as it was a great result, especially for a woman my age. (Apparently, it’s harder for women over 40 to lose weight.) Traci gave me some great looking recipes that I can’t wait to try.
On the flip side, and there’s always a flip side, I still need to boost my veggie intake. And Sunday, I didn’t eat enough food.
Goals for Week Seven
Continue to increase volume of veggies.
Continue to move safely.
Try one of the quinoa recipes that Traci gave me
And a personal goal I’m setting for myself is not to weigh this week.
Today actually starts my seventh week on the twelve week program. Hard to believe how fast it’s going by!
