Positive Little Signs

  • My rings are getting looser.
  • I’m starting to see some definition in my shoulders.
  • My ankles and knees look a little smaller. 
  • Someone at Starbucks asked how much weight I’d lost.
  • My fave workout pants are getting baggy.
  • I have lots of energy. 
  • But most importantly, I weighed this a.m. I am down 14-15 lbs. (I don’t remember my exact start weight!)
