I scheduled my LEAN nutrition and fitness assessments today, as well as the 12 weeks of workouts and nutrition meetings.

I will go in on Tuesday, September 7 for the initial assessments. I’ll be doing a fitness assessment from 1 to 2 p.m. and a nutrition assessment from 2 to 3 p.m. And since I’ll be sweaty and so close to home at 3 p.m., I’m going to work from home the rest of the day.

My weekly workouts are scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. on Mondays and Thursday, beginning – I assume – September 9. With my job, I have a lot of meetings and events throughout the day and after work. But no one will schedule anything as early as 5:30 a.m. There will be no excuses for me to miss. And with Doctors Wellness being so close to home, I still have plenty of time to shower and get ready for work. As an aside, I will be working with two different trainers, and the person who scheduled me says that is a good thing.

My weekly nutrition meetings will be at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays. That will also work out well as I can go dressed for work and come one to work afterward. And if there’s time, stop by Starbucks for some java!
