I tried a new green drink recipe today. And while it has bibb lettuce in it, it’s red, not green. (But it still counts.)
Yields two quarts
- 3 peaches (used frozen)
- 1 head bibb/butter lettuce
- 1/2 pint raspberries (used frozen)
- 2 cups of water
- (And as usual, I added Truvia sweetener.)
I only tasted a little, but it wasn’t bad. I like the one I tried last week better, but this will be a nice change.
