MindBodyGreen’s mission is to revitalize the way people eat, move, and live. The site provides tools and information you can use to make your life better, and it covers a wide range of topics, from happiness and personal growth to nutrition and fitness.

You can also sign up for their “Daily Wellness Inspiration” via email. I find their Facebook page to be the most engaging, and once I start looking at their posts, I just can’t quit reading them. I must be in their target demographic because it seems like every article was written specifically for me!

Like most of you, I’m generally in information overload. From social media and texts to email and the media, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. I’m picky about what I “let in,” but MindBodyGreen is one of the few sites I access daily and recommend to others. Check it out – you’ll be happy you did!
