  4. Tried a portobello burger with spinach and tomatoes at Five Loaves.
  5. *Did two things that I didn’t really want to do. Pushed myself and did them both well. Great feeling.
  6. *Woke up at 7:04 a.m. and still left for work by 8 a.m.
  7. Did the Famously Hot Scavenger Hunt.
  8. Paid off a credit card.
  9. Total of two minutes on the elliptical.
  10. Ate a couple of pieces of broccoli with my baked potato.

  13. Found myself walking backwards with ease while taking pictures at Touch a Truck.
  14. Climbed into the back of a SWAT tank unassisted at Touch a Truck.
  15. Handled a silly mistake without drama. Thanks to talking it out with Sister and not reacting immediately, addressed it and moved on. Didn’t let it ruin the weekend or feel bad about myself.
  16. Up to 10 minutes on the treadmill.
  17. Pushed the Prowler (at the gym) for the first time since the aneurysm.

  19. Working to counteract a certain someone who makes me feel bad about myself.
  20. Chose fresh strawberries over ice cream this afternoon.

  22. Connected with my previous nutrition counselor, who gave me the motivation that I so needed.
  23. Attended Palmetto Health All-Team and even shed a happy tear or two.
  24. Woke up “late,” but still made it to work before 8:30 a.m.
  25. Did something quite daring today at All-Team. (Didn’t run through naked or anything, but reached out to someone, and trust me, it was a daring reach.)
  26. Started SuperBetter, a tool that helps build personal resilience.
  27. Had a serious heart to heart with someone I really needed to clear the air with, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought.
  28. Packed and took my own lunch to a workshop.

  30. Been at the gym seven weeks in a row!
  31. Got a great haircut and had a good talk with Wayne. Even cried, which was a good release.
