Today I stopped by Doctors Wellness Center and signed up for Healthy in 
Twelve. Healthy in Twelve, is the original program I did when I started eating healthier and working out. I lost almost 100 lbs. I gained some back, and before the aneurysm, was trying to it back off. Now that my three month aneurysm rehab is over, Healthy in Twelve will be a good fresh start for me. I’ll be sure to post weekly with updates.
