#Fitblog Tough as Nails Plank Challenge Update

Today I did my challenge plank after my workout with Danny.

My goal was to do the challenge plank on non-training weekdays – Monday, Wednesday and Friday – but this week, I had to move my training to Wednesday and Thursday.

I did the plank after my workout, and it was actually easy doing it at the gym; I already had a mat and timer out.

Today, I met the challenge of increasing my plank by five seconds to 1:20!

A 1:20 plank isn’t the world’s longest, but is pretty darn good for me. When I started my workouts at Doctors Wellness Center, I didn’t even know what a plank WAS. And when I started doing them, even a 20 second plank seemed nearly impossible.

I’m really excited about this challenge!
