    keep trying, keep doing and you’ll make progress.
    I’m actually not doing the challenge since I can already do plank for minutes on end compliments of doing it A LOT in yoga and to work abs and arms anyhow so passed on this one…
    looking forward to seeing your progress and YES you will progress to longer times!
