A Fitness First and More

This morning, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical! It was 20 minutes on level one, 10 on level three – all over 100 strides per minute! HUGE improvement from the first time I got on it 10 weeks or so ago and lasted less than two minutes!

A couple more things to celebrate:

  • This a.m., I weighed in a total of 23 lbs. lighter.
  • Bought some new smaller clothes today, TWO sizes smaller!
