- Did my 30 minute walk despite the heat
- Cleaned out the ‘fridge and tossed the bad stuff
- Drank my 60 oz of H2O and then some
Yahoo! Going to bed early – tomorrow is a 5:30 a.m. trainer day, and I want to get to the gym early enough to get my 30 minutes in on the treadmill.
