Yesterday was my regular session with Traci the Nutritionist.
I got called out for not eating enough one day, but got props for planning and green smoothie drinking.
My goals for this, my twelfth week:
- Move at least 30 minutes each day.
- No eating out.
- Don’t cook anything new.
- Have fun.
- On off training days, do 30 minutes on the elliptical, with all level one minutes being 110+ strides per minute.
Next week, things will be a little different. I’ll meet Traci at 5:30 a.m., and she’ll be recording results for the twelve weeks. And I may regret saying this, but I’m going to share them on the blog. And then I start my second twelve weeks.
