This Week’s Goals, A Couple Days Late

On Wednesday, I met with Traci for the first time in the second twelve weeks.

After discussing my progress and setting some long term goals, I got my goals for this week:

  • Watch the Food, Inc. DVD
  • Do the elliptical four days for 20-30 minutes
  • Try one new veggie of my choice, preferably one that is in season
  • Increase consumption of green drink to 10 oz.

I didn’t write down the long term goals for the next 12 weeks, but they included:

  • Continue to lose weight and gain strength
  • Work on planning in areas of my life besides food
