Stopped Short by "Ham on Ball"

During this morning’s training, I was foiled by my not-so-fave “ham on ball” exercise.

It wasn’t the first time I’ve done it, and while it’s quite an exercise, I can usually get through three sets of 20. But today, the first two sets were hard, and the last set just blew me away! After five, my legs just wouldn’t move, like they had turned to stone. I did my last 20, five at a time with a few minutes in between, but YIKES!

Not sure what caused this, except maybe that I’m back on the elliptical and I did yesterday’s work out last night instead of the morning, giving me less recovery time.

Whatever, I’m just GLAD I have that over with until Thursday!
