Still Inspirational Some Five Years Later

I’m editing my website this week and came across my quotable page. Most were quotes I collected during my conversion to a healthier lifestyle. It’s great to see this now, five years later, as I’m working to boost my fitness levels under much different circumstances. (The ones I’ve highlighted in red are the ones that speak to me most right now.)
