This is an early post because I am so excited! This morning – after my workout, but before my stretches – George told me to get on the elliptical for five minutes! YIKES! I had tried it on my first week of training and couldn’t even do a full two minutes, so I was hesitant. But I tried it. And not only did I go five minutes, I went SIX! THAT is a huge marker of how far I’ve come in seven weeks! I am so excited! George challenged me to try it again one day this week when I do my aerobic exercise.
