Chocolate Chia Pudding

Healthy Pumpkin Muffins (half with reduced-sugar craisins, the other half plain)

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Everything was delicious, but the Broccoli Cauliflower Quinoa Bites were hands-down the best! They’re not only yummy, but they pack a lot of punch. They’re filling and only have about 25 calories per bite. A great snack or accompaniment to soup or salad. A definite home run for this picky eater. (I don’t even eat broccoli!)
