This morning, I went to the gym at around 5:45 a.m. In addition to getting a “good bike,” I also kicked it up a notch and increased my intensity quite a bit, actually. And when I got home, I had energy like CRAZY!
Before getting my shower, I emptied the clean dishes, loaded the dirty ones, fixed lunch in my Laptop Lunch set, removed the Roman beans from the crockpot and put in the ‘fridge, and laid out all of the non-refrigerated ingredients for tonight’s dinner. I was ready nearly 45 minutes early, so I went to the bank and bought groceries. And still made it to work by 8:30 a.m.
I don’t know if it was the extra push on the workout or not, but I’m hoping for more days like this!
