Jim L. turned me on to this early in this process, but I’m just getting around to it.
I just bought the broccoli florets in a bag, cut off the stems (hate the stems) and threw them on a baking pan. I sprayed them with Pam, added some garlic powder and cooked for about 12 minutes at 450 degrees. When they were ready, I grated a tiy amount of Asiago cheese on it.
The best pieces were the little ones – they got kinda crispy! I served it with grilled salmon and brown rice.
