I Had My Soon-to-Be Smaller Butt Kicked Today

Yikes! What a workout this morning! Daniel had me doing all kind of new exercises, and more of them! First time that I felt like I was really pushing myself as far as I could.

I was introduced to something called a plank, which I didn’t think I could do. But I did three sets of five by the time my hour was up. In the picture, it doesn’t look that hard, but it was!

Already sore within three hours! Can’t wait for a hot bath and early bedtime tonight!
