I hit the 30 lb. milestone yesterday! In the last 14 weeks, I’ve lost 30 lbs.! That averages over 2 lbs. a week, but who’s counting? LOL!
I haven’t really set a number goal for the second twelve weeks, which ends in late February. I don’t know if I can continue losing at this rate – won’t I eventually hit a plateau? – but I could feasibly be down to the 170s. Yikes, I know I will look and feel so much better, but that still seems so heavy! But, the 170s is WAY better than the 220s, no?
