I’ve been soda-free for 55 days today, thanks in large part to No Fizz Charlotte, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization advocating for healthy hydration in the Carolinas through community outreach events and student health education programs.
The folks at No Fizz Charlotte are gearing up for another challenge, starting November 1. The challenge is simple: drink 60 ounces of water every day, and avoid soda. It’s free, easy, and great for your health.
When you register, they’ll send you a packet of free information, tips, and facts about the importance of proper hydration – and at the end of each month, participants are automatically entered to win free giveaways like t-shirts, water bottles, and more!
