The Green is Good for Business Conference is in the books, and I survived, but have some very sore feet! More importantly, I survived eating well and drinking only water! I brought my own snacks and lunch, and although my timing was a bit off (I’m supposed to eat every 3-4 hours), I stayed “on plan.”
Yesterday marked my first full week on the Doctors Wellness LEAN Team! I had a few rough days – headaches, mostly – but overall, I feel great!
